Please make sure that you put in your address correctly. Belé the Label will not be responsible for shipping issues after we've mailed your order.

Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the address of your location.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email to track their orders once the package has shipped.


Return Policy

We have a NO RETURN policy in all of our swimsuits and active wear due to hygienic reasons. It is essential to thoroughly review the product details, and size guides before making a purchase.

Once you purchase our swimsuits and/or active wear you have 7 days after receiving it by mail to notify if the items are damaged or defective and we will address the issue promptly. Only store credits no refund for payment.

To be eligible for a return and store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once you return has been received, inspected and approved, you will receive an email notification with a store credit. No refunds.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact customer support immediately - within 48 hours if the item is defective so we can address the matter promptly. We are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we look forward to resolving any issues promptly.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sizing and fit are crucial when purchasing swimwear and activewear. If you encounter sizing issues, we offer an exchange option.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.
You can request an exchange for a different size of the same item within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the return has been received it will be inspected.

The returned item must be unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags and hygiene liners intact for the exchange to be accepted, authorized and processed.


Refunds / Store Credit

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will send you a notification by email if the return was approved. If approve a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item will be issued.
The store credit can be used for any product on our website and does not have an expiration date.

Sale Items Policy

All sale items are FINAL and are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
